i am not a mechanic
but i change the steering wheel pump
the rack and pinion and i did the purge and everything goes ok
but the steering wheel needs some adjust
i used a book to do the job done but it does not say anything about how to adjust the steering wheel when i go to right or left i have to steer more than what is usual
some advice please

There is no way that I know of to adjust the amount of turns it takes to turn the wheel, if that's what you are asking. It's all done in the rack and pinion gearbox. Maybe the new gearbox is different than the one you took out.
Power steering just hydraulically assists the turning of the wheels.

sounds like it needs alignment.
Well, is your steering wheel not straight when you are going straight? Or are you just having problem with added steering input from your to turn the same amount as before.
If it's the latter. Than I would say you didn't bleed all the air out of your power steering hydraulic system.
your clear vision is off (toe) you need an alignment, If you have air in the system it would difficult to turn. Any time you replace suspension components it is always good to have the alignment checked.
