I have a 1995 caprice classic with a broke steering wheel. It basically broken in half. Like if someone held on to the very top of it and pulled back as hard as they could. So Im needing to change this out pretty bad... Is this something that I can do myself with the right tools? Also this car has an airbag in the steering wheel.... Should I attempt this or have someone do it professionally? Thanks

you can do it ur self just disconect the battry and take out the fuse if u can.just rember that when u do this becarfull to not set it off when you take the cover off to take the st whell off
