I just had both my front tires changed and now when im driving straight my car steering wheel slightly slanted. I went back to the shop where i changed my tires from and the guy told me he did not change my alignment. Ok so wuds really going on than?

you need an alignment now

The new tires are perfectly shaped, your old ones were not. They had taken on an uneven wear pattern due to your bad alignment which caused you not to notice the alignment was off. Now that you have good tires on there the bad alignment shows. Your toe angle is too far negative on one side, too far positive on the other.

BTW

When replacing only 2 tires the new tires should ALWAYS be installed on the rear axle, not the front ESPECIALLY if the vehicle is FWD. Loss of traction at the rear axle is far more likely to result in a serious accident than a loss of traction at the front. All the tire industry trade organizations and major tire manufacturers have this as standard policy. Any good, reputable tire shop will know this and insist on this. If the shop that put these on the front doesn't know that, you should find someplace else for your future service. Also, they should always at least suggest having your alignment checked when replacing tires. You don't have to if you don't want to but its just good service.
It sounds like they forgot to balance your tires. Or they knocked you out of alignment. I'd go back and talk to a supervisor.
u need a wheel alignment that is the problem.
