Is it possible to rewire steering wheel mounted audio controls to scroll presets instead of adjust volume?
well, thats a tough one since the controls are wired to the back of the radio, and that connection is wired into a circuit board in the head unit, so you would have to open the radio, and find the circuit that controls that function, and try to solder up some wires to go to the pins on the connector, and it still may not work, since those controls are voltage operated, and the circuit inside the radio may not have the correct voltage to make it all work.

Not without messing up your radio or setting off the airbag. I would leave this to the professionals or buy a stereo with a remote, (yes they have those). Hope this helps.
