Caster and Toe-in/Toe-out will cause the car to pull/wander. Camber is
mainly for wheel positioning on turns and does not create a pull/wander.
Have your suspension components checked for looseness or damage
as the wheel is off center. ( Telephone directories often have coupons
for this type of service)

It sounds like it is just the tracking that wants setting up correctly. It depends what make of car it is. Small cars only have adjustment for tracking. Bigger better quality cars do also have adjustment for camber angle, but there is no adjustment for castor angle on any car I know of.
The car should go back to whoever fitted the suspension and steering components for all re-alignment to be checked. If not - the only other people who will have the data and equipment to check and re-set everything properly would be the main dealers.
if you have to take it to a main dealer, get them to give you a report of what they have done. If the car was seriously adrift from the correct settings the first garage should pay for it to be reset.
If the camber is out take it back to whoever changed the suspension as they must have fitted it wrongly since camber and castor angles are non adjustable.The only adjustable variable is the tracking which any reputable tyre fitters should be able to set fairly quickly and cheaply.
