It is possible, but it can be very labor intensive, complicated and expensive. Prices vary by car. You just have to think if the cost is worth it.

Yea it's been done to a Skyline. It was really expensive and took a few years tho. There's a lot more to it than just moving the steering wheel though.

did you think about the dash board,and all the wires,and the pedals? is it worth it?
This is possible alot of work will have to be done basically you'll have to completely take apart the inside dash. Next you will have to remove the complete steering and suspension system. You will have to replace it with a left handed steering box. Next if you can find one you will have to cut out and weld in a new firewall to the opposite side. And you will have to find a left hand side dash. Whether it is a scam or not I don't know?
Yep, just get a hacks-saw and cut the wheel off. Then get some superglue and glue it to the right side. You might want to get some electrical tape to make sure it stays on the dashboard.
