i have a 98 monte carlo. for the past 5 or 6 months when i try to turn right sometimes my steering wheel locks up and i cant turn.it always happens with my foot on the brake. i know my rear end brakes are bad and needs changes so could that cause it? its not power steering fluid cuz i had some put in and it still does it
