I got a steering wheel + peddles 4 Ps3 4 Need for Speed Shift but the peddles r configured 2 move the left analog stick up and down, and not move R2 and L2. is there a way to change the setting 4 the steering wheel or the game to make it work???

check game options , there should be an option to change controller setup or to configure steering wheel settings . the default is probably for a setup where you use the right stick to accelerate and brake .
