When i'm playing and I steer the wheel a little the car won't steer a little too.. but when i steer to maximum the car in the game steer.. and the same for the peddle.. When i press it a little the car goes too fast..
What should i do to let it have levels of steering and peddle

i think you should try going to controll panel, hardware and sound, and see if there are any settings for the steering wheel and pedals itself, hope this helps!
