My steering wheel vibrates 60-75mph and their is a clicking sound from steering wheel.?

I have already gotten it balanced, and I got the front two wheels changed. What could be the problem. The mechanic did say my rear/right bearing was bad because if you shake the tire, it moves. But I don't think the rear bearing could lead to a steering shake. What could the problem be?

That's the sort of speed a wheel imbalance will show up. You have not indicated make/ model, but a front wheel drive vehicle could have imbalance somewhere else. The clicking could come from almost anywhere, but most probably the steering box or near joints such as tie rod ends.
