No they won't! However you can buy a %26quot;Steering Wheel Interface Kit%26quot; that will allow you to regain those controls again! Contact your local stereo shop to find the right part you need for your vehicle. They should be professionally wired in and programed. Also check crutchfield.com and they may have the right part you need. A local shop should charge you no more than $30-$50 to install this item.
Will my steering wheel controls still work if I change factory radio to a new one.?
More than likely the steering wheel controls will NOT work with an after market or a different stereo, The wire harness is made so that the plug that goes into factory stereo is wired for the steering wheel controls, I have a Taurus and with the factory stereo I had a volume control at finger tip reach from top right of steering wheel, I changed stereo and they no longer function either,
